At Red Chess Academy, we aim to provide the best possible learning experience for all our students. We understand that situations may arise requiring a refund or cancellation. Please review our policy below:

1. Admission & Fee Payment

• All class fees (monthly, term-wise, or course-wise) are to be paid in advance.
• An admission fee is charged once during enrollment and is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided once the classes have commenced.
• If a refund is requested before the first class of a new batch, a 50% refund of the course fee may be considered after deducting processing charges.
• In cases where classes are canceled by Red Chess Academy (e.g., due to technical issues or tutor unavailability), a rescheduled session or full refund for that session will be offered.

3. Class Cancellations / Absenteeism

• Students missing classes due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness) will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of absence, make-up classes may be offered depending on availability and batch schedule (subject to academy discretion).
• No make-up class or refund will be provided for missed group sessions unless prior notice and approval are given.

4. Batch Change or Rescheduling

• Students may request a batch change within the first 2 sessions of a new batch, subject to availability.
• Once approved, the change will apply from the following session.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund or rescheduling requests must be emailed to [your official email] with:

• Student name
• Registered mobile number
• Reason for refund/cancellation

6. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

Note:Red Chess Academy reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of the academy.
