Registration Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the student registration process.
These guidelines are designed to ensure a structured, respectful, and safe learning environment for all students enrolled at Red Chess Academy. By proceeding with the registration, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth by the academy. Compliance with these terms is essential for maintaining enrollment and participation in all academy activities.

👉The admission fee is non-refundable.

👉Students must follow the academy's discipline and attendance policies.

👉Fee payments should be made on time, and failure to do so may result in suspension from classes until the dues are cleared.

👉The academy reserves the right to update class schedules and timings if necessary.

👉Any damage to academy property by a student will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

👉The academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost within the premises.

👉Parents/guardians must inform the academy in case of any changes in student details.

👉The academy has the right to discontinue coaching for students who violate the rules.

👉Dress Code : All students must wear the designated academy T-shirt during tournaments, and official events. Non-compliance may lead to warnings or restrictions from participation in academy activities.

👉Media Release : Red Chess Academy reserves the right to publish students' names and photos on its social media platforms and website in recognition of their achievements in chess tournaments, training, and events.

👉Attendance Policy : No compensation will be provided for any classes missed by the students.
